En la pr\u00e1ctica NEO Chi, el Chi (energ\u00eda) se deriva de cinco visualizaciones en tu mente: reconocer tu ansiedad (el autob\u00fas de ansiedad), optimizar tus sentidos (parque NEO Chi) y aplicar los cinco elementos de Ayurveda que dan forma a los tres \u00e1rboles mentales: la <strong>N<\/strong> aturaleza, nuestras <strong>E<\/strong> mociones y nuestro <strong>O<\/strong> rganismo.<\/p><p><br \/>Para aprender la pr\u00e1ctica, comienza a ver el v\u00eddeo de 15 minutos, luego escucha el audio y posteriormente usa el ojo de tu mente, diariamente, preferiblemente cronometrando las cinco actividades durante tres minutos cada una. Cuando yo practico cada ma\u00f1ana, me siento como un director de cine e introduzco variaciones e im\u00e1genes mentales nuevas.
