Mi mente vagaba la mayor parte del tiempo y casi siempre terminaba dando vueltas a pensamientos ansiosos. La meditaci\u00f3n era algo relajante, pero se sent\u00eda como un desperdicio de mi precioso tiempo. Quer\u00eda volver r\u00e1pido a mi lista de cosas pendientes, revisar las \u00faltimas noticias o solo empezar a moverme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegu\u00e9 a la conclusi\u00f3n de que una mente en silencio y sin pensamientos probablemente era m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de conseguir cuando estas pr\u00e1cticas meditativas fueron desarrolladas, hace dos milenios. Pero hoy en d\u00eda, cada uno de los 1440 minutos del d\u00eda puede ser una eternidad.
