Absolutely. I wish everyone realized that being mindful of nature, your emotions and your organism can change your life!

A few years ago I was embedded in the social (or anti-social) rat race that defines our daily life. We strive for MORE of everything, never content. We compare and despair.

We are avoiding self-reflection by finding ways to distract our minds with anything that comes handy, including the Super Bowl.

Now I spend time alone connecting with Nature, harmonizing my Emotions and invigorating my Organism. Anxiety and stress are something in my past. Anything more tangible than this?
